At CSM TUBE, we believe that being a market leader also means being a fair and sustainable company. For this reason, we have identified four pillars to guide our roadmap toward sustainability:

Environmental awareness

CSM TUBE has implemented multiple energy efficient and and carbon footprint reduction measures such as the new 600 kWp photovoltaic system (13% self-generated electricity by 2024), reuse of packaging (49%), The new high-efficiency refrigeration system with heat recovery for heating, as well as the promotion of Carpooling for employees. All implemented with a view to lowering CO2 emissions.

Safety

The health and safety of our workers is a priority, which is why we ensure a safe working environment, reducing risks with concrete prevention and protection measures. We have implemented a man-mullet collision avoidance system, installed defibrillators at strategic points and adopted strict accident monitoring procedures. We promote a culture of safety through training and awareness-raising, encouraging responsible behaviour. Data protection is also central, so we invest in cybersecurity to defend our systems from external threats and ensure the integrity of company and stakeholder information.

Ethical governance

Our commitment to transparency and integrity is embodied in our Code of Ethics, which serves as a guide for adopting correct and transparent behavior toward colleagues, customers, suppliers, authorities, and all entities we engage with.

Social policies and local initiatives

Inspired by the legacy of our founder, Giorgio Trolese, and his dedication to youth and sports, we actively support numerous local sports initiatives. Equally important are our charitable activities, including supporting associations fighting breast cancer and other health organisations.
